Program Cards
Step 01

Initial Contact

Free 15-minute consultation call. Discuss your needs and goals. Ask questions about our approach. Determine if we're a good fit. Schedule your first session. Complete electronic intake forms and submit 2 days prior to session.

Step 02

Intake Session

Review forms. Discuss treatment goals. Review policies and procedures. Create your personalized treatment plan. Duration: 60-90 minutes

Step 03

Regular Sessions

Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (as recommended) Progress monitoring and adjustments Homework assignments when applicable. Duration: 50 minutes (individual) / 80 minutes (couples)

Step 04

Confidentiality

We use Simple Practice a secure patient portal. It is HIPAA compliant and provides secure payment processing with encrypted communication.


Fees & Investment

My practice is private pay, allowing for a more personalized and confidential experience. Session fees range from $180–$350 depending on the service and session length.

A 3% service charge applies to credit card payments.


Payment & billing policies

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
  • Superbills are available for those seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.
  • Requested paperwork — including insurance inquiries and letters regarding your treatment — is billed at your regular session rate, pro-rated in 15-minute intervals.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Your time is reserved for you

To honor this time, I ask for adequate notice when you need to cancel or reschedule.

A minimum of 24–48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, as well as missed sessions, will be billed at the full session rate.

This policy supports the consistency and integrity of your care, as well as the availability of services for all clients.
