"I truly love the work I do. It is a privilege to walk alongside women as they navigate life's transitions and grow into more aligned, authentic versions of themselves."
Choosing the right therapist matters. This space is designed to give you a sense of the care, thoughtfulness, and intention I bring to my work.
WHO I AM
More Than a Therapist.
A Partner in your Healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I specialize in working with adult women navigating anxiety, grief, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.
My work goes beyond surface-level solutions. Together, we will explore not only what is happening in your present life, but also the patterns, past experiences, and unresolved trauma that may be influencing how you show up today. This process allows for meaningful, lasting change — not just temporary relief.
I am deeply committed to cultural responsiveness, recognizing that your identity is shaped by multiple layers — including family, ethnicity, environment, and lived experience. These factors matter, and they are thoughtfully integrated into our work together.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe meaningful therapy must take into account the full context of who you are. Culture is layered — it includes your family, identity, environment, and lived experiences.
This work is not one-size-fits-all — it is tailored to you, your experiences, and what you need most in this season. Together, we'll build practical tools that support lasting change.
I am committed to more than temporary relief. We will uncover the patterns that shape how you show up today, accessing clarity and strength to become a more aligned version of yourself.
My approach is rooted in three core beliefs that shape everything I do — from how I listen, to how I challenge, to how I create space for transformation.
Three Pillars of Meaningful Healing.
CLINICAL APPROACH
Evidence-Based. Holistically Grounded.
I integrate evidence-based modalities with a warm, culturally responsive lens — choosing the right tools for each unique person, not a one-size protocol.
Identifying and reshaping thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm.
Processing and resolving traumatic experiences and unresolved emotional patterns safely and effectively.
Attachment-based relational work to identify emotional patterns and build healthier, more connected ways of relating.
Grounding tools and present-moment awareness to manage stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with yourself.
Every woman who walks into this space brings her own story. These are the areas where I have developed the deepest expertise — and where our work can create the most meaningful transformation.
